Marie Hourtoule
Marie Hourtoule is a journalist specializing in foreign policy. She inherited her passion for art from her father, a painter. From her mother, an early adopter of organic food and an excellent cook, she gained a taste for good food and a love of literature. From Gabon to South Africa, from Kenya to Rwanda, from Cameroon to Chile, eight years of living abroad instilled in her a taste for unusual encounters. After creating and developing Guidiplo, an economic diplomacy tool, with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, she currently heads the editorial team of a series of economic reports entitled Yearbook, which presents the opportunities that emerging countries offer to investors. She is also Vice-President of Cercle Africa, a young association whose mission is to encourage economic development and international solidarity by supporting innovative projects on the African continent.
