Joseph Nosarzewski

Joseph Nosarzewski

Joseph Nosarzewski, a retired physiotherapist, has become an artist. Roger Mathieu, also a retired physiotherapist, is a poet. Étienne Ruhaud is a writer and collection director at Unicité. Jacques Cauda is a writer, painter, and director of the La Bleu-Turquin collection at Douro.

The drawings, engravings, and objects presented here are, for the most part, for the first time. They belong to Joseph Nosarzewski, who was Bellmer's physiotherapist until his death. Furthermore, I would like to take advantage of this back cover to reestablish certain truths. Bellmer neither ended his life in poverty nor sank into total silence. He lived very well from the sale of his engraved work and spoke with Joseph every day. As for the psycho-feminist interpretations, which portray Bellmer as an unworthy being, they are clearly a matter of blindness! Jacques Cauda Publication date: September 1, 2023 Order
