Brahim Labari

Brahim Labari is a native of Maader, a village in southern Morocco. After primary and secondary school in Morocco, he pursued studies in sociology and comparative politics in Paris for about fifteen years. Upon obtaining his doctorate, he returned to his native region to teach sociology at the University of Agadir. Author of numerous works on sociological epistemology, the sociology of work, gender, and migration dynamics, he has been working for several years on developing the category "Globalization of Configurations from Below," the subject of his Habilitation thesis.
