Brahim Labari

Brahim Labari is a native of Maader, a village in southern Morocco. After primary and secondary education in Morocco, he continued his studies in sociology and comparative politics in Paris for about fifteen years. After obtaining his doctorate, he returned to his native region to serve as a professor of sociology at the University of Agadir. Author of numerous works on sociological epistemology, the sociology of work, gender, and migration dynamics, he has been working for several years on the development of the category "Globalization of Configurations from Below," to which he dedicated his HDR.
